“I recently took my 2010 Tacoma to Japanese Auto Service for service due to persistent driveline vibrations. Not only did Japanese Auto Service fix the vibrations that I was experiencing, they also discovered additional issues that they rectified at very reasonable prices.

One of the issues, a leaking transmission pan, had me quite frustrated and disappointed as I had just brought the truck into (which I was led to believe was) a reputable transmission shop to have the transmission flushed and resealed at the beginning of 2023. Not only did that shop manage to mess that service up, they did nothing to honor the mistake barely a year later.

Not Japanese Auto Service! They immediately let me know what the issue was. and proceeded to tell me in great detail what they found as they completed the transmission service. I was disgusted to hear what the previous shop had attempted to pass as “professional work.” Needless to say, JAS is truly an honorable shop that is not afraid to tell you in great detail what they have done, because they stand behind their service!
