Some of the things we learned in 2024 and will carry with us into this year are: 

• Always inspect & replace lug nuts as needed, during routine service checks. A lug nut that is difficult to get a tool on can make an emergency roadside situation even worse. Lug nuts that are worn out can also lead to loosening of the wheel over time, which is extremely unsafe. 
  

• Always pay attention to tire date codes, even if a tire appears to be in good physical condition, it may actually be older than DOT recommendations, and could have underlying issues that a visual inspection may not show. 
  

• Utilizing factory parts on all major critical components, will result in a much higher quality repair. Factory parts are designed to fit and function on your vehicle for the life of your vehicle. We always look for the most updated part available on any design changes.
